Managed VoIP Provider IPtimize Partners With TAMCO to Provide Flexible Way to Acquire Technology

TAMCO Shield(R) Program Eliminates the Need for Customers to Make a Large Upfront Investment of Capital for Telecom Solutions; No Financial Penalty for Upgrades

DENVER -- March 10, 2005 -- IPtimize, Inc., a managed VoIP
(Voice-over-IP) services provider serving small- and medium-size businesses
(SMBs), announced today that it has entered into a partnering agreement with
TAMCO (Telecommunications Asset Management Company), a leading financial
services and marketing company that focuses exclusively on acquisition
solutions for the telecommunications industry.

The partnership gives IPtimize customers the option of financing
technology used in Voice-over-IP solutions or managed data network solutions,
both core offerings expertly provided by IPtimize.

"As a provider of both hosted and on-premise VoIP solutions to businesses,
it became essential for us to be able to provide flexible financing options to
our customers," said IPtimize Chief Executive Officer John R. Evans.
"Partnering with TAMCO allows us to provide a solution that eliminates the
need for customers to make a large upfront investment of capital in telecom
equipment, plus mitigates the risk of ownership."

"We continue to create sustainable value for our SMB clients by delivering
communications services that do not require them to own, install, upgrade or
directly manage underlying architectures," Evans said.

According to Joe Privitera, TAMCO executive vice president and COO, TAMCO
Shield(R) allows customers the flexibility to adjust to new technology or
changing business needs while preserving cash and protecting credit lines.
"Plus," noted Privitera, "with TAMCO Shield(R), equipment is structured to
qualify as an off-balance sheet item and customers could gain the benefit of
fully tax-deductible payments. In short, we consider it a better way for
businesses to acquire technology."

The "no-penalty upgrade" feature of the Shield(R) package means that
customers can move to new technology or a new system at any time without
financial penalty.

"Selecting the right equipment is just part of the telecommunications
decision," said Michael Dozier, chief operating officer of IPtimize.
"Determining how VoIP technology is acquired is an equally important part of
the equation. We give clients the option of choosing between our hosted VoIP
solution or an on-premise IP phone system. Either way, the appropriate
hardware can be acquired through a monthly 'right-to-use' fee. The cost is
not a payment toward ownership; it is the right to use the equipment until
your business needs change."
